Terms and Conditions

Policies updated as of September 15, 2021. 

MEDISHOP WARRANTY: 

  1. Todos los productos vendidos a través de MediShop cuentan con una garantía de 7 días hábiles contra defectos de fabricación contados a partir de la fecha de entrega.
  2. Por “Fecha de Entrega” se entiende lo siguiente:
  3. a) Firma y Sello de Recibido por parte del Cliente en la Factura.
  4. b) Confirmación de entrega por parte de la Mensajería.
  5. La Garantía de MediShop consiste en el “Cambio” del producto por uno igual al adquirido y en caso de no contar con existencias en el momento procede el “Reembolso Total” del valor pagado por el producto excluyendo los gastos de envío en caso de haberse incurrido.
  6. Para hacer efectiva la Garantía de MediShop el Cliente primero debe de ponerse en contacto dentro de los primeros 5 días hábiles a través de los siguientes medios:

  9. In order to make the warranty valid, the customer must send the purchased product with all the parts included. The warranty will not apply in case of incomplete items.
  10. MediShop is not responsible for damage caused to the product by the handling by third parties responsible for delivering the product. The Customer shall not accept items whose packaging shows visible signs of having been mistreated or opened in transit.
  11. If the customer finds clear signs that the item was damaged or opened during shipment should contact MediShop, either by email at help@medishopstore.com or contact form indicating your proof of payment and delivery guide number.
  12. MediShop will support the customer in the claim process.
  13. In the case of Accessories, Consumables and Spare Parts, the Warranty does not apply.
  14. MediShop at the request of the customer will apply the warranty in case of products that are delivered with an expiration of less than 6 months with respect to the “Delivery Date”.
  15. Shipping costs that may be incurred for the application of the warranty will be absorbed by MediShop.
  16. In the case of applying the refund of the amount paid for the item the Customer must indicate a Bank Account Number to make the transfer. No refunds will be made in cash, even if the purchase of the item has been in cash.
  17. The Customer must keep his Ticket or Invoice of purchase, as well as the proof of payment made, as it will be required to validate the Warranty.

FACTORY WARRANTY

  1. Once the MediShop Warranty period has elapsed, the Manufacturer’s Warranty policies will apply according to the brand of the purchased item.
  2. To enforce the Manufacturer’s Warranty the Customer must first contact MediShop through the following means:

  5. The Customer must keep his Ticket or Invoice of purchase, as well as the proof of payment made, since it will be required to make the Warranty valid.
  6. MediShop will indicate to the Client the steps and policies to follow that apply to the item purchased according to the Manufacturer’s Policies. MediShop is not responsible for the Policies established by the Manufacturer.
  7. MediShop is not responsible for the expenses incurred by the Client to validate the Manufacturer’s Warranty, these must be covered by the Client.
  8. MediShop is not responsible for the rejection of the application of the manufacturer’s warranty, but will at all times support the Customer in their claim process.
  9. MediShop will notify the Customer the “Status” of your claim at all times.

RETURNS 

  1. We do not accept “Returns” of items more than 48 hours after the “Delivery Date”.
  2. To request a “Return” the Customer must first contact MediShop through the following means:

  4. b) By contact form
  5. We do not accept “Returns” of items in which the original packaging is damaged or altered.
  6. The returned item may be exchanged for any other item of the same or lesser value. Neither the money paid nor the remainder, if any, will be refunded.
  7. In case of being a customer with Commercial Credit, the amount or value of the “Return” may be credited to your Credit if you have accounts payable.
  8. We do not accept returns of items that are handled on order. MediShop reserves the right to accept or reject any return.
  9. MediShop is not responsible for expenses incurred by the Customer to make the “Return”, these must be covered by the Customer.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been invoiced or fulfilled. Orders or purchases made online through the website cannot be cancelled.
  2. Orders that are paid in advance or products that require advance payment cannot be cancelled.
  3. To request a “Cancellation” the Customer must first contact MediShop through the following means:

  6. Any “Cancellation” generates a 15% charge for administrative costs. The minimum charge for administrative costs will be $ 10 dollars in case the cost of the item is less than $ 50 dollars.
